TERMS AND CONDITIONS — NORTHERN HEAT SUPPLY

1. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order with Northern Heat Supply, you confirm that you are of legal age (19+) in your province or territory. Northern Heat Supply reserves the right to verify age at any point during the order or delivery process.

2. ORDERING
All orders are subject to product availability and pricing at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

3. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, card, and Bitcoin. E-transfer and BTC orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed by our team. No credit is extended.

4. DELIVERY
Delivery is subject to our Delivery Rules policy. A minimum delivery order of $75 applies. No safe drops are permitted. The recipient must be present with valid government-issued photo ID if required.

5. AGE VERIFICATION
You confirm you are of legal age. Our drivers may require ID at delivery. If age cannot be verified, delivery will be refused and a failed delivery fee may apply.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES
A failed delivery fee applies when a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or failure to verify age.

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a credit. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

8. WHOLESALE
Wholesale buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and age-restriction regulations in their jurisdiction.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Northern Heat Supply is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased on this platform beyond the value of the original purchase.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Northern Heat Supply Co. names, logos, product names, graphics, labels, photos, product descriptions, website layouts, written content, promotional assets, customer-facing materials, and brand elements are the intellectual property of Northern Heat Supply Co. unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, impersonation, redistribution, scraping, cloning, modification, or commercial use of Northern Heat Supply Co. brand assets, product images, website content, product names, page layouts, labels, promotional materials, or customer-facing systems is strictly prohibited.

Northern Heat Supply Co. reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property, report impersonation, request takedowns, pursue platform enforcement, and take further legal action where appropriate.
